Bob Mendonsa has extensive experience in the fields of HR and OD, split evenly between HR/OD executive roles and leading a successful consulting business for 11 years (HRDFusion, Bob Mendonsa & Associates). Bob is a master trainer, facilitator and organizational development expert who has led successful organizational change initiatives in several organizations. He also has significant experience in recruiting executives and technology professionals and in the design of total rewards programs. Bob’s industry background is quite diverse, featuring experience in Technology, Health Care, Manufacturing, Software, Nonprofits, Financial Services (credit unions and brokerage), Telecommunications, Advertising, Construction and Education. Bob has an M. P. A. with an emphasis in Organizational Development, a B.
